A little about me...
Hi, I’m Kelly — Functional Health Practitioner, Nutritionist, and Coach.
But before I was any of those things, I was where you might be now… Exhausted. Bloated. Foggy. Struggling to keep up with life while feeling completely disconnected from my body.
I spent years in high-performance mode — climbing the corporate ladder, prepping for bodybuilding shows, and raising two daughters on my own.
But after my last competition, my body crashed. Hard.
I gained weight I couldn’t shift. My gut was a mess. My hormones were all over the place. And I was living on caffeine just to function.
Doctors told me everything was “fine.” But I knew — something was wrong.
That rock-bottom moment led me to functional health.
I uncovered layers of stress, dysfunction, and imbalance that conventional medicine never caught — but that could be reversed with the right support.
I combined that deep healing journey with my background in fitness and nutrition to create a whole-body, root-cause approach that actually works.
Now, I help women like you — women who feel ignored, dismissed, and burnt out — finally understand what their body is trying to say.
