Meet us on the mat for a guided breathwork session that meets you where you are in that moment, learn how to regulate your breath and then drop into a guided, immersive breath journey to soothe your soul and revive your senses. All our Sunday Soul Sessions are drop in only, no experience needed, no expectations, no contract, no block booking. Just come when you feel called to do so, to practice and heal in a safe and calm environment.
Inclusion is a major part of our ethos at Om Breath and therefore our Sunday Soul Sessions are donation based. We believe our finances shouldn't prohibit us from access to healing tools, so we offer a sliding scale donation based pricing for this class only. Find out more below.
What is breathwork?
Breathwork is a practice of consciously breathing in a specific rhythm that can allow the body, mind and soul to reconnect. Like anything, the more you practice, the more you feel the benefits and long term I've personally found this has been the key to mastering and managing our emotional responses to life.
We breath everyday, but does the breath breathe us or do we breathe the breath! Both are usefully and necessary, but is your breath It helps to build and maintain a healthy body and systems, promotes healthy mental resilience, sharpens performance, and most importantly, it can bring you back into your body, calming anxiety, stress, and regulating your nervous system.
Breathwork brings you back to consciousness – to yourself as a whole and to the world you live in. We all breathe, we are all connected through the air we breathe, and through breathwork we can heal our differences (inside and out), grow our compassionate nature, and return to the loving beings we are at the core of ourselves.
Calm anxiety
Regulate your nervous system by becoming aware of your current breathing pattern. When you meet that pattern without judgement, but curiosity you become aware of how you're really showing up in the world in that moment, Learning how to access breath awareness and bring yourself into regulation, to start to find your inner peace.
